The Launchpad High Flyer

An opportunity to work in depth and on a long term basis with a Launchpad non - executive director covering all aspects of business and performance. The structure will follow the themes as identified in the 'Five Steps to Business Success' and will include 1 face to face meeting per month, telephone and email support and will provide ongoing coaching. Half Day Coaching
If you need support with a specific issue or would benefit from some immediate personal development then why not consider a half day coaching session. These sessions will last 3.5 hours and will consist of 1-2-1 support covering any development or business issues you may have. There will also be some follow up by email to send information and actions as a result of the session.
